This magnificent 100% Iberico Acorn-Fed Salchichon is made exclusively with meat from their own livestock, raised in freedom and fed on acorns.

The pieces of meat are carefully selected from the best lean cuts, such as sirloin and shoulder cuts.

The dressing, made according to the original recipe from Jabugo (Spain), is characterized by being lightly spiced with mild varieties of pepper, thus enhancing its delicate and original flavour. The result is a Salchichon with a unique and recognizable texture that melts in the mouth.
