Rice 'Bahía' by La Perla
La Perla, in collaboration with the PDO Rice of Valencia (Spain), has recently recovered this rice variety, which over the years was not being grown any longer due to its low yield.
An exquisite variety that enhances the flavour of any recipe, which is becoming very popular in the most select gourmet markets.
When cooking, keep in mind that this rice needs to be boiled intensely for the first 10 minutes, after which it should be left to simmer for 8 minutes.
