Rotating Ham Holder F1 by Jamotec 
The F1 Ham Holder is one of the most advanced models of the professional line of ham holders by Jamotec, and is manufactured entirely from high quality stainless steel, with a modern and functional design.
It is suitable for slicing both hams and shoulders of any size at different angles.
As all the ham holders of the professional line, it has a rotating disc system, parented by Jamotec, which grips the ham firmly while slicing, and allows the ham to be turned around easily to continue slicing on the opposite side.
The solid stainless steel base has 4 rubber feet, one of which is height-adjustable, to ensure that the ham holder is safely secured to the table or work surface.
The base is also equipped with a folding rail which is used to support the ham, especially when there is very little ham left or when cutting the ham crosswise.
After use, the stainless-steel arm can be folded down, and the ham holder can be stored away conveniently in the travel bag which is included.
