Extra Virgin Olive Oil 'Empeltre' with PDO Bajo Aragon
Founded in 1907, Molino Alfonso has for over 100 years been producing of the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil from their own centenary olive trees in Belchite, Aragon (Spain).
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Empeltre olive variety, with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) 'Bajo Aragon', has been produced selecting the finest olives in their optimum state of ripeness, which are then cold pressed using solely mechanical means.
This olive oil has won numerous national and international awards, and has been declared Best Quality Olive Oil by the Regulatory Council of the PDO 'Bajo Aragon' for several years.
This oil is yellow in colour, with a smooth character and pleasant taste, with hints of almond and apple. Perfect for everyday use, especially in fish dishes, sauces and stews.
