4. Payment by Bank TransferSantander Payment Banner

A transfer of the total amount of the order must be made into our bank account.
The total amount is displayed before your order is confirmed during the check-out process.
Please specify the Order ID on the bank transfer.

The ordered products will be reserved for you, and your order will be prepared and shipped as soon as confirmation of payment is received from our bank.
If no confirmation is received within 7 days, the order and reservation of products will be cancelled.

Delivery:

Shipments are made through various courier and transport companies, depending on the destination and size of the order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping option selected by the customer. More exact delivery times are shown during the check-out procedure.
 

Approximate Delivery Times:

EU Countries: 2 - 7 Days
Non-EU Countries but located on the European Continent: 4 - 14 Days
Other countries you should personally contact to our Customer Service.
For delivery to Rusia and to all Ex Sovietic Union Countries we totally recommend to contact to our Customer Service before final payment of your order. Then we provide you with all necessary detailed information about delivery times and conditions.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the order (weight-based), and the delivery address of the parcel. We charge the actual shipping rate offered by each carrier, without increasing the cost of shipping. We do not offer ‘Free-Shipping’, as we believe that it is best to be transparent with our customers by showing the true cost of the products and the actual cost of shipping, rather than inflating our product prices to cover the shipping costs.
Nonetheless, if your order exceeds a certain amount (see table below), you will be eligible for a special discounted shipping rate, where you only pay for 60% of the actual shipping costs.
We offer discount shipping rates to the following countries for purchases exceeding the amounts (sub-total) shown in the table below:

Minimum Order:

There is no minimum order for our products. However, if your order exceeds a certain amount (see table above), you will be eligible for a special discounted shipping rate.
Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated automatically according to the weight of the order and shipping address during check-out.
