Aria Brut Nature by Segura Viudas is the result of investing all the experience gained in the cellar on the development of new fermentation techniques.  Working at very low temperatures with Segura Viudas’ own yeasts, contact between the yeast and must is more intense, and special aromas and tastes are thus produced.

Straw yellow in colour, with tones of green. A good mousse. Hint of sweetness on the palate, with predominant ageing aromas.

Best served at a temperature of 7 - 9 ºC.

Coupage:  60% Macabeo, 20% Xarel·lo, 20% Parellada
